CIA Review Course

The course will be taught in Meeting Room 4 of the JCPenney Park Central low-rise building near Coit Road and I-635 (12712 Park Central Drive, Dallas).

Directions:

Coming from the north: Take 75 (Central Expressway) south to 635 (LBJ Freeway). Take 635 west. Exit at Hillcrest Rd. (This is the first exit once you get on to 635.) Proceed to light and make a u-turn under the overpass. Once on the frontage road heading east stay to the right and proceed to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. (You will see a tall building with the Roman numeral ‘III’ on top. The low-rise building next to this one is where you will end up.) Make a right at the stop sign unto Park Central Drive. Proceed to the next street, Banner Rd. and make a left. Follow the signs for ‘Park Central Visitor Parking’ directing you to the parking garage. The low rise will be on the west side of the tall building with the III on top. Take the elevator down to the basement. Meeting room 4 will be straight back and to your right.

Coming from the south (Downtown): Take 75 north and exit at Coit Road. Take Coit Road north to Banner Road. (It’s the second light once you get off 75.) Make a left onto Banner. Proceed on Banner. After the Stop Sign you will pass the Benihana Restaurant (which will be on your right). Follow ‘Park Central Visitor Parking’ signs directing you to the parking garage just past the restaurant on your right. The low rise will be on the west side of the tall building with the III on top. Take the elevator down to the basement. Meeting room 4 will be straight back and to your right.

Coming from the east (Garland, Mesquite): Take 635 (LBJ Freeway) to the Hillcrest Rd. exit. (This should be the first exit after 75, Central Expressway.) Proceed to light and make a u-turn under the overpass. Once on the frontage road stay to the right and proceed to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. (You will see a tall building with the roman numerals ‘III’ on top. The low-rise building next to this one is where you will end up.) Make a right at the stop sign unto Park Central Drive. Proceed to the next street, Banner Rd. and make a left. Follow the signs for ‘Park Central Visitor Parking’ directing you to the parking garage. The low rise will be on the west side of the tall building with the III on top. Take the elevator down to the basement. Meeting room 4 will be straight back and to your right.

Coming from West (Fort Worth): Take 635 (LBJ Freeway) heading east. Exit Hillcrest Rd. (This is 2 exits past the Dallas Tollway.) Stay on frontage road past Hillcrest (Hillcrest is at the traffic light at the bottom of the hill.) Once past Hillcrest, stay to the right on the frontage road and proceed to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. (You will see a tall building with the Roman numeral ‘III’ on top. The low-rise building next to this one is where you will end up.) Make a right at the stop sign unto Park Central Drive. Proceed to the next street, Banner Rd. and make a left. Follow the signs for ‘Park Central Visitor Parking’ directing you to the parking garage. The low rise will be on the west side of the tall building with the III on top. Take the elevator down to the basement. Meeting room 4 will be straight back and to your right.

Note: There is major road construction going on in this area. It’s possible you might run into a detour or heavier than normal traffic congestion!

Registration:

Cost for the course is $100 for each part if you are a Dallas IIA Chapter member, $125 for each part for non-members and members of other chapters. Checks should be made payable to the Dallas IIA.
